Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://candlesstonemountain.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Brisa and Co. reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Brisa and Co. markets and arranges Luxury Candles, Soy Coconut Candles, Luxury Fragrance, Home Decor, Clean Burning Candles, Hand Poured Candles, Scented Candles, Event Styling. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://candlesstonemountain.com is the property of Brisa and Co. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Brisa and Co. does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Brisa and Co. arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Brisa and Co. against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
